Bon Fire / Recipe

Hi Rose Mary,
Missed you last night at the bonfire. Hope you enjoyed the movie.

Finished packing up  Moms Little Run Away today. Need to run and buy batterys for the camera tomorrow top off the gas and will be ready to roll early Monday morning want to get there before the predicted winds get to strong. Or I may decide to head out tomorrow. Made a 3 bean salad and a green bean salad to go.

Re tried that cake recipe and this time I didn't add any time, and it was great. Here it is:

3.2.1. Cake
1 box Angel Food Cake Mix
1 box Cake Mix, any flavor
2 tbl. Spoons water
Directions:
In a Ziploc bag, combine the two cake mixes together and mix well. For each individual cake serving take out 3 tbl spoons of the cake mix combination and mix with 2 tbl spoons of water in small microwave-safe container. Microwave on high for 1 min.(no more) and you have your own instant individual little cake.
You can top each cake with a dollop of fat free whipped topping and/ or some fresh fruit.
Keep the remainder mix in the Ziploc bag for another time.

I will take the mix with me.

Temps today were high felt like maybe close to 80.

Last night we had a bon fire in our commens area. It didn't start to get to chilly until around 7:30 pm. There was a beautiful clear sky. But everyone was just tired out for some reason.

Check out the fire butteryfly

Hope you are having some great weather and a great weekend.

    Hi Judy,

It really is a great little cake. I am going to take this along as we will be celebrating a few birthdays and I will not use the over in my rig.
