2 More Days!

The  weather was perfect today.
Walked over to my sister's house for dinner. Everything was really good. It was just the 2 of us today it was nice and quiet. It was nice to not cook. Carol loves to cook so I didn't have to do anything.

We just hung out and listened to the birds and the view out her back door.

Came home walked Fred and crocheted more on the lap robe.

It was a great day for doing nothing.

The little egg man was made for me about 18yrs ago by one of my grandsons when he was in day care. There used to be another one but someone dropped it and broke the egg. :( It was from another grandson. The little bunny with the flowers was from my sister today. The plant is real isn't it pretty?

Almost ready to go yippee. I will pick up a few things at Walmart and do laundry. Pack up the car so I just have to pull out Tues about 9:30 am.

Good Night All

  1. Treasures for the little ones always remain treasures. They are still here seems like what's another lifetime ago. :) Have a great trip, Jo. Take pictures. I'm going to pretend I'm stowed away in your truck. ;-)

  2. What great Easter decorations. I have Easter Decorations in a box in our fiver basement. I never took them out this year as where we are gate guarding it is so terribly dusty. They would have just been more stuff of clean.

It sure sounds like you had a delightful day.

And happy trails to you also.

    Hello Nancy and Jack,
Yes I have a few of these so special little hand made treasures of my grandbabies. That are now grown men.
I will take lots of pictures and I will be not say a word about you being a stow away.

    Hi Phyllis,
I don't do much Easter decorating, but if gifts come that can be saved I will have more.

Thank You all for stopping by.
