Some Errands, Pictures Too

I needed a little desk to hold the laptop so I don't have to take it off all the time, or pile the key board on top of it so I can use the desk top when it feels like working. Off to BigLot's I went they used to have some really nice desks at least the one in Show Low did. they only had 2 and they were not really nice and a little to big for what I want, plus the prices were way to high. I drove over to Walmart and I  was disappointed in what they had which was also only 2. So I just grab the cheap one for 20. dollars and headed home. My grandson just called and will come tomorrow to help  me move things around.

These pictures came out in all the wrong folders, LOL
I came upon  this bridge on a stroll in Gilbert Ray a few years ago it was in a file marked Fool Hollow

This is a back road in Lakeside, AZ

This picture is of Fool Hollow
 Maybe this one too

Good Night All

  1. I've been wanting to get to Biglots too, to get a bookshelf and some storage units to clean up my computer/camping room. That was a goal of mine for this week, but I think I'll prolong it on account of the dental work done. Good excuse anyway.

  2. Hi Gypsy,

I went in and came out. The store In Show Low seems to carry much nicer stuff. I believe the book shelves were cheaper in Walmart.

Yes dental work is much more important than doing work. No point in starting something and not being able to finish. :)

  3. Just checking in on you and Fred, Jo. See you’re still busy, busy, busy.

How about one of those tables I’ve seen where the legs slide under your chair so your laptop can scoot right up close to you. I’m thinking of getting one. Have a few other things I have to buy first, though. Good to see you and Fred doing well.

  4. I got a laptop stand ... I'd take a picture but can't post it in a comment... cost about $25.. seems I got it at Walgreen's.... I also have one of those table like Nancy's talking about .... but the laptop stand holds the laptop more securely ...

I use the the sliding under leg table for lots of stuff... just love it ~ both of them...

  5. Hi Nancy,

My friend had lent me one of those when I had my first knee surgery I really didn't care for it much. The buttons were really hard to push in so if I didn't get it right the fist time I had to struggle with it again.

    Hello Carolyn,

I think I know what your talking about they had them at Walmart but it wasn't going to work for me. I use a key board so I needed the slide out piece.
