Almost Done

The day started out a little warmer than what we have been. But I really don't think we made it to the 70's. It was mostly cloudy with very little sun, but no rain.

I cut up 15 bell peppers and 3 yellow onions and got them cooking. They are now in a baggie in the freezer.

I wrapped the remainder of the gifts and realized I was  one short but that will be an easy fix of a bottle of wine.

Then I cooked up 2 eggplant and am now waiting for them to cool down and be put in fridge.

It was great to be able to finally clean up everything and put all the wrapping stuff back in the closet for another year. Put away the little folding table in the computer room.

While I was doing some wrapping my screen saver popped up and there was a picture I had taken of snow one year up at the White Mountains. I printed out a few and made a few Christmas cards. I'll get those in the mail.

Took these back in April of 2013
I see I caught my friend Lucy in this picture as she headed to the lake

I used this one for the Christmas cards

Now I am exhausted and ready to relax.

Good Night All

  1. Hi Jo, you just gave me a fit of laughter over at the Dixon's with "Fred, the heater hog"! As always, when I read your posts, I feel lazy--you are always busy-
