Eye Surgery!

The weather has been awesome these past few days. Yesterday we had hard rains and soft rains all through the day with thunder and lightening.

I really had to push myself to go off to exercise class but I did it and was glad for it. Came home cleaned up and ran to the store for a few things.

Came home and sat out on the porch enjoying the beautiful cool breeze and rain.

Today went to the eye Dr. and yes I really need cataract surgery really bad. The vision in the left eye is just about non existent. So next Wed. is the day. I am so happy to finally get this taken care of.
I shouldn't complain about my eye sight when my grandson maybe blind in the eye he had the tumor behind but they say it's to soon to tell. We are praying for a full recovery.

I can't wait for this month to be over. So much is going on. But looking good for pulling out mid June for a few weeks or a month.

    Hoping for great vision in that eye after surgery...I know you will be glad to get your sight back!! Rain is always a good thing!

    I'll be thinking of you when you have the surgery. Having had both eyes done a few years ago, I found that it was over pretty quickly and I recovered in no time at all. It's great when you get your sight back.

      I thank you for your thoughts. I had the right eye done a few years ago and I remember how wonderful that was.

      thanks for the well wishes. I guess in a way that rain is a blessing as I heard they had a few small fires already. Hope to see you up there this summer.
