Easter part 3

I can't believe the WiFi that was working so great a few days ago has turned into a horrible mess. I haven't be able to get on all day. So I did a load of laundry big whoopee there. The weather has turned windy and chilly but I really don't mind that at all. I won't complain because look at all those poor people who lost everything and the live's that have been lost over the tornado's. It is so very sad. And all the wild fires in NM and Texas. I sure hope they get lots of rain soon.
I hope that what ever Higher Power they believe in may Bless them.

I don't think this is a bench anyone would want to sit on anymore it looks so lonely.

Now here is a sign I wasn't to happy to see. I did not see one on the other side of the lake or I wouldn't have walked so far around the path, people like me who walk like a turtle shouldn't stray to far from their car or lots of other people.

There is the lone duck standing on the rock, he, is no fool that water was freezing.

I hope to get out again soon, been busy shopping for a chair 1/2 that opens into a twin bed and found one the other day. Now its time to buy exterior paint for the porch so I can get rid of that horrible red paint.

Until next time hope you all stay safe.

  1. You mean you don't want to try and outrun a bear? That would be some good exercise for the knee! Probably the heart as well!

Those ducks don't seem to mind the cold water much!

God luck on the painting project!

  2. That bench looks like it may topple if you try to sit on it. We went on a hike one day and came to this big tree that had marks all over it. I asked the Hubby what made those marks, as soon as bear came out of his mouth, I was headed back to the car. No signs anywhere that bears were in the area. I guess they expected us to know. Be careful out there. Love all the pictures.

  3. Hi Jim,
No I don't care to try and out run the bear. I don't think the heart would make it either. :)

    Hello Pidge,
I have seen these bear warning signs in every park I have visited up here. the one I loved the best was at Show Low Lake, it was posted on a board right in front of the tent camping sites. No thanks! Glad you enjoy the pictures.
