I had to good fortune of meeting these 3 great guys at the Show Low Airport. They had spent 2 weeks on the fire here.
This is KevinYamaguchi from CA. who is a fire fighter there also.
The guy on the left is Joshua Wheeler and on the right is Larry Peabody.They also come from CA.
These guys were great to talk to and after all the time out there they still had a sense of humor you couldn't beat. It was and honor to meet them and be able to thank them personally.This is the plane my sister flew on and also the fire fighters.
Again Thanks to All Fire Fighters who have come to AZ. to fight this fire and to all business in Pinetop/Lakeside who stepped up to help all who need it. I am sure they range all the way to Show Low too.
There are over 2,400 fire fighters here and almost 500,000 acres lost.
I think it's great that you had the chance to meet them!

We managed to have a good time. Stayed pretty much local. Did do some drives into the forest but not in to deep, wanted to stay a safe distance and not get on the way.
Was happy you stopped by today.
