The Wind Has Stopped

Today the wind was gone. It was a beautiful day. So I loaded up
Fred and off we went. I found nothing to take pictures of.  The
town is filling up and so is Ponderosa RV Park.

So back home we came and took a few walks hoping for
something interesting. Well the most interesting stuff was at
my own place here.

These Acorn Woodpeckers think there so sly. He looks like he is
playing hide and seek with me. This was taken through the
screen so it is blurry.

I tried to catch a little squirrel but he was way to quick.

I will hit Walmart tomorrow morning really early. Need to cook and load the freezer with ready meals. Tinycamper posted a
recipe for crockpot pizza and I want to try it. It is a low carb
pizza. I eat better when I prepare in advance and just have to
heat it up. I have some fresh caught fish thanks to Liz and I
need to set up the grill and get those cooked. I have a great
grill in Tucson but I never have room to load it in the car.  I
have one here but I like the other one better.

Well hope you all are having a wonderful weekend.

  1. Cute water fountain, I have never seen one like that before. I'm seeing lots of birds here, but not too close, tempted to go buy some feeders and seed.

  2. Thanks for stopping the wind. With you being 250 miles to the west I'm leaving you in charge of the weather.

  3. HiTeri,
I bet there are lots more birds where you are. I am not seeing to many this year. It might still be to early. A few cheap feeders and some seed will bring them to your site in about 3-4 days.

Thanks for stopping for a read.

    Hi John,
I wish I could control the winds, looks like Thur. they will return. But I will do some kind of dance or something to see what I can do.

    Thanks for coming over.
