Nice Sunday

I ran to Wally world early this morning to buy the yarn I was missing and a key board for
the laptop. The desk top computer must have a virus as it has gone blue again and I have
better things to do with my time than to keep messing with that thing.  Wally didn't have
the both colors I needed so I went to Michael's and they had it and it was cheaper than
Wally. Oh well.

I came home and actually got to sit out on my porch with Fred. I filled the humming bird
feeders and just as I was going back out my sister called with a problem hooking up the
new TV. I spent and hour trying but couldn't get it to work. By time I came back home
it was to hot out to sit on the porch again. Maybe tomorrow morning before Debbie gets
here . We are going to work on her wedding invitations. Glad I remembered to buy to
the ink.

I really hope people will heed the warning about the impending storm heading to the East
Coast. Water can be very dangerous and unforgiving. And this one is going to be a bad
one. I hope all will be safe. I remember bad storms as a kid hitting the beaches on
Asbury Park and the beaches along the way. We had relatives who lived on the beach
and lost everything including their home not once but twice. The second time they
 moved inland .

Hope everyone had a peaceful weekend.

Good Night All

  2. Asbury Park is getting hit hard. As is all the beach towns along NJ. We are 30 miles inland from Atlantic City but have our own little river in the backyard!

I always feel great when I buy something and it cost less money than I expeced to pay.

  3. Good morning John,

Yes I think it is what you call the good life!

    Hello Phyllis,

I don't think the coast has had a storm like this in many years. Like I said I can remember them as a child of maybe 5 or 6. When it was over there wasn't much beach left.

I hope the water doesn't get much worse and you all stay safe.

Thank you for letting me know how you are.
