Another Weekend Done

It was a nice day today. I picked up my grand kids from church and we went out to lunch.
Its kind of hard when almost all your grands are taller than you are. Was I taller once?
We had a great time and they filled me in on what they have been doing since I was gone
and I filled them in on my summer. We came back to my house and we hung out and
Alexis wanted to learn how to crochet. Alexis is left handed so I couldn't teach her.
I called Lolo who is also left handed she came right over and we had fun. The kids
had their friend with them at church so we took her along with us. I was able to teach her.
The my daughter stopped by with my grandson Adam. Man he shot up too. I get a stiff
neck trying to talk to these tall kids. It sure was great to see them all today.

I put in a call to the guy selling the van and left a message. I hope he didn't sell the van.

Hope you all had a wonderful safe weekend.

Good Night All

  1. Sounds like a good day of catching up and stretching your neck. Hope the van is still available.

  2. Good morning John,
Yes I had a great catch up day. Once the kids grown older they don't come around much you know how that is. And the 2 younger ones are my sons and they are divorced. But she is always willing to let me see the kids. She is a great person and doing a fantastic job with kids.

I sure hope the van is still available

    Thanks for stopping by

  3. I only have 2 nephews left shorter than me. I used to be 6ft! I've dropped an inch making it easier for them to catch me... :)

  4. Hello Erik,
haha I just tell them its easier for me to kick them in the knees now.
    glad you stopped by.

  5. Is it just me, or are the kids now days growing taller?

Hope the van is still available for ya, sweetie!

  6. Hi Jim,
I think the kids are getting taller. Maybe we are heading to the Land of The Giants. I have 3 grandsons that are over 6' and their fathers are not that big, nor their mothers.

Seems the van is still available. Going back Wed.
    Thanks for coming by today.
