I was going to make an Italian green bean salad tonight and was looking for my string
cheese. I looked all over the fridge and even in the cabinet. Yesterday when I was making a
salad for lunch I couldn't find my shaved almonds. I thought maybe they went all the way
back in the cabinet and I was busy so I didn't look for them. I even went out to the car to
make sure I didn't leave a bag in there. OK then I am missing a bag. I went and found the
receipt sure enough I am missing a few items and they are all the last ones on the register
tape. I hate those stupid carousel bagger things. And of course the cashier acted like she
was in la la land. So off I go back to the store tomorrow to get my items. Maybe its time
to start shopping somewhere else.
I went to Safeway today to get some boxes to pack up a set of china that I don't use. I
will donate it tomorrow and a few other things. Time to clean out again.
The storm they have been calling for all week to hit Friday and Sat. seems to have hit
tonight. But it is over already.
Getting a bag ready to ship Fred off to my sisters house for the weekend. I hope all goes
well. If not there are others who will take over. Fred has friends.
