To Much Food

I hope you all had a wonderful no matter where you spent
your spent your day.

There has been way to much eating and it's time to get serious about doing some healthy eating and walking again. We ate
well today. Ham, mashed potatoes, macaroni salad, green
beans and yams. We all made something so it works out
well and no one gets stressed out. We had apple pie, which
was made with substitute sugar and I made a yogurt pie cream
pine sugar free and fat free a cheese cake that I'm sure was
none or the above.  I made everyone take all left over pies
home.

I know have 2 new Cd's, 2 Grandmother plaques they say
different things, a beautifully hand made cabin, a foot
massager slipper thing and a magic bullet. I need to read
the book of recipe to see how to make smoothies and other
healthy juice drinks.
Fred made out quite well too. Toys, rawhide treats and lots
of attention from all the kids.

Now for Santa, I don't know what he was thinking but I
can not fit anything in this RV

Time to throw my feet up and take a rest.

Good Night All
