And a Happy Birthday it Was

Went to breakfast at Cora's Mexican Cafe. And one of the kids friends was there with his
wife as a surprise. We had a great time.

I got lots of music too. I listen to music more now since TV has gotten so crummy. Of
now that I started listening more the CD player no longer goes to the next CD. Oh well.

After breakfast my sister stopped by with a gift and we talked for awhile. After she left I
sprayed the weeds. Yep they are popping up all over the place already. Hope when we have
another freeze coming on Wed. they die off but I doubt it.

Cup from Debbie couldn't get the saying to come out.
Like Mother, Like Daughter, We Make a Perfect Pair.

MyPlace and the Alicia Keys , Girl On Fire CD is also from Debbie. The Greatest Hits of Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey's The Ballads Cd and breakfast was from Tracy and Aliya.
Drawing by and from my Sister and tomorrows lunch.

I had trouble down loading from my camera card tonight and glad I was able to use the cord
to get the pictures on the computer. I wonder if the card is damaged and it may be time for
a new one.

And of course there wasn't a van parked in the driveway either so I guess its on me to
buy it.

Good Night All

  7. Belated Happy Birthday, Jo. Glad you had a good day. There's no RV in my driveway, either. :) My Mac is back up, but I have done something with email settings that I don't want to bother with, now. I decided to catch up with blogs through my reader--forget about it, there are too many and I will never catch up. I'll have to be content to start from today, and go back as I get a chance. So much better than trying to use the iPhone. I decided to mark all blogs read and just go down my blog roll and try to read the lasted from there. Pats to Fred!

  8. Hey Lucy,
I saw that he reduced it. He will be lucky to get $500. Maybe in a few days he will take a $100 or pay some one to take it. LOL Might have to go at least look at and see what it really looks like. And find out what it will take to get a title.

    Hello Gypsy,
Yes it was fun and to do it at different days with different people was fun.

    Hi Nancy and Jack,

Good to hear your Mac is fixed and you can see better now. Once we get to far behind reading it is best to just work backwards later on.
Fred will be happy for the extra pats. That goes back to Jack pats for him too.

    Thanks for coming by Ladies

  9. Another belated BD wish.

Mexican food - I've had my fill for a while. We had LOTS of it in the Mercedes TX area. We are now in Houston at friends and had tamales and enchilladas for dinner and then breakfast burritoes. Visited step daughter and family yesterday and even though her hubby is Mexican (Born in this country) we had Lasagne and chicken and fetticini. YUM! Some Italian! A welcome change.
