Took a Little Break

Yesterday was such a beautiful day.

My sister took me to Red Lobster for lunch. Had a salad with salmon and had to send the salmon back as it was not cooked very much. Bur we ate the salad until they brought back the much better cooked piece of salmon.

After getting home I figured it was a good idea to go stock up on fruits and yogurt.

Came home and sprayed the weeds again. But the wind picked up so I stopped.  Stayed out on the porch for a while until the wind was just to nasty.

Today I knew it was time to stop all this eating out and got back on the smoothie road.
Tried to do some walking but this darn wind is back up and tomorrow it should be cold and raining.

My windows needed washing so rain or wind I was going to get out there and clean them. I did the carport side as they were the worst. The one front window is really bad but I don't like the slant with the big cactus right there to make for a very uncomfortable landing.
I need to figure out a way to clean that window its awful.

I know I will have a time with trying to get Fred to go out but I will win. haha I hope.

Good Night All

  2. Hi, Jo! I like the pan fried trout at Red Lobster. One of my favorite eat out meals--trout, baked potato, and slaw. Hmmm. My mouth is watering.

Sometimes I wonder if I'm going to win getting Jack to go out; especially since I can only talk to him, now. I do always win--he must get sick of my nagging. :) Pats to Fred.

  5. Good morning John,
Yes it is time for the weather to settle down for sure. Getting tired of this but this it the month
    of winter monsoons..

    Hello Nancy,
Hope I remember to try the trout when I go back that next tme. Sure sounds good.

Got up extra early this morning to get Fred out before it starts raining. The clouds are dark and heavy. Maybe Jack just doesn't want to leave your side right now. He such a blessing to you such a sweet guy.
Keep healing and know I am here cheering you on.

    Hi Cyn,
It has been quite the winter. I wonder how long it will last. Up north they are having snow almost every day. If it does't warm up by mid April I will not be able to go up the RV Park won't turn on the water for fear of broken pipes.

    Hello Sunny,
I had a 4am call with Fred once because it had been raining the evening before and he just wouldn't go out. I guess he just couldn't hold it anymore and he knew it stopped raining.
Yes lets get together soon. I'll give you a call.

Thank you all for stopping by.

  6. I use a product from Windex, that attaches to your hose, to clean the outside of your windows. I love it. It soaps, rinses, and does a good job thru my screens.
Just saw where they canceled a golf tourney cause of weather there in AZ.
