Great Saturday

Today I picked up my youngest daughter Tracy and we went to breakfast.

Came back to my house and we put up the screen room. Now it isn't up perfect but since the ground here is all calechy (sp)? that hard rock ground can't even find on spell check.

So we set it up in the driveway the only way to keep it up was to tie it to the awning.  So it doesn't look all that great. We left it up so it will stretch the fabric a little to make it easier to put up the next time. I also now have an idea how to make covers for the wind breakers.

Then we went to Family Dollar so Tracy could pick up a few things. Then we went to Dairy Queen and had a pumpkin breeze or what ever it was called. Ordered a small and neither one of us could finish I guess the mini would have been fine.

Also went to ACE about the adapter from 30 amp to 20amp I asked the guy about it and he said it should work just make sure your extension cord is heavy duty and just check it once in a while to make sure it isn't getting hot. I really will only use it to take out the worst of the chill to change at night, use the potty, and get dressed in the morning.

After I dropped Tracy off I came home and sat out on the porch and read until it was to dark to see. I have a floor lamp I think I will move out there.

Once it is set up in a place that can be staked it will be wider and the bottom will come to the ground
I know it looks a little sick but it will be fine and the size is great.

Good Night All

  1. Looks like that will work fine. Can one person set it up?

  2. Looks great... mine is a pop up but never have been able to get it back in its circle... Yours is much larger and obviously not a popemup... so it'll be good for extended stays... I don't have much patience for putting up stuff that doesn't just pop up...

    tooooo lazy

You couldn't finish a DQ pumpkin blizzard???? dang. love the Butterfinger Blizzards ~ haven't had one in eons... glad there isn't a DQ in Little Rock... seems unAmerican to me.

  5. Good morning John,
Yes I can set this up by myself. After setting it up once I can figure it out the second time by myself Really happy about that.

    Hi Carolyn,

That's the trouble with those pop up things is closing them again. I tried one out one time it took days to close it. Not fun.

    Hello Gypsy,

Thanks, I'm sure I will be happy with it.

    Hey Lucy,

Yes I like this it was like putting the truck tent up for the first time. The next time was a breeze. Now for the wind breaker part.. I'll have to check out the painters cloth to see if it's light enough if not pick up some tarps. Can't wait to try this all out.
Picked up the converter plug yesterday too.
