All This Work Is Making Me Tired

I made my Post Office run this morning finally. Then took a short ride to look for Newage Nomad, still not at the Casino. I guess he is still in Green Valley with family. Or who knows where. I wish I was off somewhere besides my rocker.

Then back home to do more house cleaning. Up right vacuum's are nice because you don't have to drag the canister kind around. But getting under furniture is not happening unless you use the hose and the extension tubes and the little thing to clean furniture. Then the stinkin hose falls out of the vacuum and you think wow this is reaching really nice right now. GRRR. I'm thinking next one will be a canister.

Then I had another load of laundry to do. WTH! OK so it's done for a least another week I hope.

I think tomorrow it will be time to get away from the house for awhile. A nice ride out to Saguaro National Park would be nice and take some pictures or just sit back and watch the world go by.

Good Night All

  1. As much as you like housework maybe a Roomba is what you need. Turn it on and walk away.

  2. Good morning John,

If they weren't so expensive I would have one. I hate not being able to get under the bed or any other piece of furniture.

  3. A change of scenery sounds like just the ticket to me...today we have been putting the decorations away and had food shopping to do also some cleaning as well...it is very hard to get up under furniture...we have a dust mop with a long handle it works pretty good.

  4. Hi Sondra,

I thought about starting to put things away but it is just to early. Can't use a dust mop on rugs. LOL I think hard woods are in store soon.

  5. Sounds like you need to train Fred to vacuum! A change of scenery might be just the ticket!

  6. Getting away from the house is a wonderful idea. Maybe I can do the same thing!

DH usually does the laundry, so he got that done today in payment for the cookies I made him. :)

  7. Hi Jim,

Wouldn't that be cool if I could teach him to do that. He just likes to follow me all around until he gets to close for comfort then runs off.

    Hello Sharon,
