We went to Home Goods, but they weren't open yet so we went to Michael's and walked around but didn't buy anything. Finally Home Goods was open and we must have spent about 1 1/2 there walking around. That store is just great. I love going there and everything is on sale. I picked up to plates that I can't show since they will be gifts, But I found this really nice container to hold my yarn. It holds 9 skeins which is great and fits really nice right next to the chair.
From there we went to Sweet Tomatoes for lunch. I had a great salad. We also went to OP Traders and Stein Mart. But I didn't buy anything else at any of the other stores.
I'm happy now that I have gotten out of the house and we had a nice day.

ReplyDeleteA little retail therapy always helps to clear out the cob webs and reduce the stress level. I love Home Goods, Michaels, Joannn's and Hobby Lobby. Just have to leave the check book at home. An early Happy New year to you.

Yes it is therapy. We don't have a Joann's close by so didn't get there and Hobby Lobby wasn't opened for some reason maybe because it was Sunday I have never been there before and was really looking forward to seeing what they had.
