The rain finally quit in the wee hours of the morning. I figured I would pick up Tracy and we would go off doing or Sunday thing. Then I opened the blinds and could barely make out the house across the street for the thick fog. It didn't start clearing up until after 9:30 am. So we didn't get together today.
I called down to the RV Dealer to ask a few questions about the trailer and come to find out he meant a pop up, hell I will never pay 6900. for one of those they are a dime a doz. on Craig's List. tomorrow I will stop by a dealer here in town after I meet my friend for lunch
I cleaned up the house and didn't do much else.
I did make a dip and some shrimp puffs for the gathering tonight for those who don't want to watch football. The ladies each brought some nice things too and of course a really nice light wine.

ReplyDeleteI agree with you on the price of that pop-up. I don't think I'd want to deal with one of those - it would take longer than setting up a tent, and what if it's raining? I've always loved the idea of a teardrop - just jump in if you need to get out of the weather.

I will never pay that kind of money for tent trailer. There supposed to be rain proof but what happens when the material goes bad? cost plenty to replace and I just don't want that much work, I agree putting up a tent is faster.
