Old Picture

While the winds have pretty much died down, and we had some really nice days we are now heading into the triple digits starting tomorrow. =(

I planted some new flowers to replace the ones I either killed or they just expired. Put out the new garden hose and did some cleaning up out there.

They did the annual water leak tests here in the Village and yes I passed. I get things like water leaks from faucets, toilets etc. fixed as fast as I find them. Less damage to the house and termite control.

Wanted to find a new header and so went through some old pictures of the White Mountains. The above picture is of an old Forest Fire Ranger station, Los Burros, I believe is on the Apache Reservation forest.

Oh how I miss those days of wandering around the mountains and finding all these fun places to photograph. Maybe I will still make it up there this summer but with the fires already burning and lack of rain causing extreme fire danger I just don't know.

Have a great weekend

    1. Hi Sondra,

Thanks these were taken off of White Mountain Blvd but I think at the Hon Dah Casino it changes to something else. Lots of fire danger there now and of course a few fires already. It was a nice day here to and I finally vacuumed off the porch maybe I will start sitting out there in the mornings now before the afternoon heat hits.

  4. Nice Photos! If that is the only problems that would stop you from traveling to those areas, High Heat and Fires they are bad enough.
Be Safe and Enjoy the comforts of Home. Maybe change your travels to the winter.

    1. Hi Kathy,

Many homes have been lost outside of Payson and of course they were human caused. Do you think people will ever learn? Probably not.
