Happy Holiday!

I think I am ready for tomorrow's Christmas Eve Brunch. I'm expecting family to arrive around 10:30 - 11:00 am. I've cleared off the counter to make room for everything. It will be buffet style. I'll start cooking around 10 am and use my crock pot to keep the Chorizo Burro's warm. And put the Italian sausage in the oven about that time and then just heat the peppers n onions in the micro.
Other foods are going to be brought by family members so there is going to be plenty to eat.

Christmas Day will be a smaller gathering but I'll have more prep time. I am going to make Spaghetti Sauce and I haven't done that in years. Plus the meat balls and then Lasagna, and one desert as my daughter is bringing some too, plus a ham and salad.

So I wish everyone a safe and joyous Holiday and if you must be out on the road PLEASE DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE. Be safe

Good Night All

  2. Best Christmas greetings to you and family. Sounds like the feast is on. Quite one for Jim and I & son too, but have extra for dinner planned. We'll do FaceTime with daughter in Kansas, as we open presents. Safe one to yours also.

    1. Hi Sondra,

What a spread it was too. And most was eaten and some left with the kids in baggies not much was left behind. Tomorrow another big cooking morning.
I hope your dinner goes well too.
