The Good And The Bad

Picked up the MH this morning the bill was so cheap I thought something didn't get fixed. The only thing not fixed was the clip for holding the screen door to the outer door, none in stock. I think I will just go to Lowe's and pick up one of those magnet things you put on cabinet doors. The problem with the entry handle, is something I thought of the other night. When the previous owner locked himself out of the rig he messed up the door to break in. (idiot) The guy at Sandy's said it would have been cheaper to just break the window. Or why didn't he get someone with a ruler to just slide down the door window of the truck? Anyway he tried to adjust the door the best he could. A new door would cost with labor $1000. Thank but no thanks I will live with it. 
Anyway the bill was only $158. for fixing the toilet and window and adjustments to the door and locking thing, also to lube the pulls to empty the tanks.
Now for the bad news
The trip has been canceled to the end of the month due to bad weather. My friend has a tent trailer and she would freeze to death in that thing not to mention being cooped up in there due to rain. It is going to be very cold there.
When I left the house this morning to pick up the MH it was about 48 degrees but very windy. I hate driving the MH in the wind. Anyway it was very cloudy and the clouds looked strange. As Tom dropped me off at Sandy's a light drizzle started. I was almost home when the rain started getting heavier and then looked like sleet. Then the temp dropped to 37 degrees and this is what came with it

It didn't last long but the cold sure did. It is now 8:54 and it is warmer than what we had all day. Temp now is 46 and will drop down to about 34 tonight.

So we decided to wait until the end of the month to go on his trip. :(
