Rainy, Cold Day

The weather was just what they said it was going to be.
The morning started out cloudy but not to cold. By 9:30
the wind started to pick up so we went for a good walk. Fred
hates rain as I have mentioned before. Just as we started
heading back to the Tin Can Cabin it sprinkled and we made
it back just in time.

I took down the small curtain to try out my project and I quickly
new it wasn't going to work. To bad so sad. So I put the curtain back up and will go back to my original plan soon.

It really rained and the wind really blew. But Fred thought we
should go out. I knew he wasn't going to leave the awning. So
I went out and opened the screen door. I told him go ahead.
He ran down the steps and as soon as a drop of water hit him
back up the steps he ran. It sure had turned colder to.  When
the rain stopped I bundled up and we went for a short fast walk.
I have run the heater in the living room almost all day.

I saw my first humming bird today at the feeder. Poor little
thing sure needed that sugar water. Tomorrow I will put out the
second feeder. I also had birds at the seed feeder and I have a
 suet cake out there to.

I called Lois up in Flagstaff to see what kind of weather they
had and it snowed, hailed and rained there. When I spoke to her
it had already stopped there as it had here and we had some sun
between some clouds. Its 44 degrees right now and should
have a low of 36 tonight. It says windy but I don't here it.
Tomorrow it should be sunny and about 68 - 70 degrees.

Maybe I will think of a place for us to go.

Have a good night!
