Thank You To All Military

I want to take this time to Thank All Military Women and Men
past and present for your service to our Country. And for all
present Military to come home safe.

The wind has finally left us for a least a few days. It is cool but
comfortable. My plants survived the cold last night. I don't
believe it hit the freezing mark. But the wind sure dried out the
plants so I gave them a healthy watering today. In 30min they perked right back up.

Took a few walks and talked with some nieghbors. Fred decided
he should carry his toy bat on one of our walks. Something new,
he never let it go the entire walk. He can be so silly sometimes.

I have no plans for tomorrow. They are having a pot luck at the club house around 5 but I prefer to stay home and BBQ some
fresh fish Liz brought over the other day. Man Liz can catch some
nice fish.

plans have been made to go to Woodland and do some
fishing finally on Tuesday,

I wish you all a Happy Memorial Day and please be safe and careful

  1. Fred is probably looking for a neighborhood baseball game. I'm not much on pot lucks either, mostly because I don't cook, I nuke.

  2. Good morning John,
Maybe that is what Fred wants. LOL
I did a few last year, and I just can't get into those things. Even in Tucson I quit going. Someone is always unhappy with what is served and they must make a big deal about it. How rude.
I want to thank you for your Service to our Country and hope you have a great day.

  3. Had to laugh about Fred and his bat. lololol

  4. Happy Memorial Day! I hope the weather is nice and Fred finds that game. ;)

  5. Hi Trouble,
    Fred is a real ham.

    Hi Erik,
Thank you and the same to you and Ronda.
the weather has been really nice the last 2 days. Fred didn't find the game. I tried to help but he thought I was going to chance the ball. :)

  6. Glad you had a good day. Wish I could have seen Fred carrying his bat! :)

  7. Hello tinycamper,
    I guess I should have taken a picture. :)
Thanks for coming for a read.
