OK Every One I Need You All To Cross What Ever You Can

This delay may work out to be a blessing.

I went and visited with Kathy today for a while. I brought
her some of that rubber stuff you line shelves with. I had
some cut into squares to put between dish in the MH. I
realized they work well to open jars.

When I got home I sent Lucy a text about when she is going
to take off Sat. We went to eat and started looking at Craig's
List on her phone. When I came home I wanted to show her
some of the trucks I was looking at. And all of a sudden
there were lots of conversion vans. I printed them all out.
I called 2 and one was very near here and  close to my
mechanic. He agreed to take it there tomorrow to have it
checked out. It doesn't have the raised roof I wanted but if
it checks out I'm in. The price is good.
I pulled these off Craig's List. I will pull out one of the
captain chairs. The one next to the side door, so I can put in
some drawers to hold clothes and other things.

What I really like is its a V6 and not some gas hog.

Tomorrow we will know what I have decided. There are
more options to look at if this isn't it.

Good Night All

  2. Good morning John,
I will check it all out this afternoon. The inside looks good from the pics but you never know up close and personal. Thanks for the fingers and toes.

    Hi Judy,
    Thanks for the fingers crossed.

  4. JO - Keep in mind the earlier GM V6's lacked power so actually got worse MPG than their V8 brothers. When you drive it make sure the V6 doesn't seem stressed, find some hills and see how well it handles it. Check the oil, air filter, pull the transmission dipstick and smell for a burning smell. Look under it for traces of leaks. :)

    Good luck!

  5. Hi Nancy, Thanks.

    Hello Erik,
If I like it it goes straight to my mechanic for a thorough check before any money changes hands. I hope it has guts it needs to climb mountain.
    Thank you for the information.

  6. Good luck, I hope things work out for you. I use that rubber stuff to open jars and also keep a piece near the sewer hose to help take it off.

  7. Hi Teri,
So many uses for that stuff. I use it under a table cloth to keep it from sliding all over the place.
