I headed out 8 am this morning for the install. Vic was ready and waiting. It took a few hours as he is very careful of what he is doing. I brought my Kindle and did some reading and took some walks around the lot to warm up as the swamp cooler was really in high gear and the humidity is gone. I even had to get my flannel shirt out of the truck. I sure could feel the weight difference in the truck for sure. Guess I will see a big change in the gas usage too.
Getting things ready
ready to load
Tada!
Home in the driveway now I need to cut the 4 pieces for the wheel wells
Love the nice big door
Have to pick up curtain rods and self taping screws tomorrow
Good Night All
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love it!!!!!!!!!!! Congratulations, Jo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
ReplyDeleteI really think you are going to like this! I have a ford ranger with a nice camper shell and I swear I think I could live in it if I had to. I saw something else cool the other day...it was a thule cargo holder on wheels...kind of like a motorcycle thing but bigger. I thought that would be nice just to keep all your camping stuff in and keep your truck bed just for your bed.
ReplyDeleteIt looks great. I hope we can meet sometime and I can see it up close.
ReplyDeleteHello Sharon,
ReplyDeleteThank You!!!!! :)
Hi Ain't,
That would be neat but would have to tow. Not into towing. I'll just have to pull it all out when I get where I am going.
Hello Gypsy,
I hope we meet up somewhere too. It would be fun to finally meet more RVB and other bloggers.
