The Dr. released me today. After looking over my foot really good today he is sure it was 2 bites, one between the big toe and the one next to it and just above the ankle. What kind of bug is hard to tell but he thinks maybe a kissing bug or a spider. It could have been in my sock. We are both relieved that it is gone and better. Of course I have to keep an eye on it and if it shows any signs of returning to call immediately and get back on another round of antibiotics.
So tomorrow I will pick up my grandson and we are going to go shopping for wedding clothes and shoes for me. If we have time we will empty the camper and fix the rug. If not we will work on it the next day. I hope to be able to go camping next week. I'll be close enough that if something starts up in my foot I'll just head back.
Good Night All
Glad to hear the doctor thinks you are all gooder. Time for a road trip.
ReplyDeleteHope that's the end of your problems with that foot! :)
ReplyDeleteKissing Bugs? When do they have time to bite? In Florida, I now have to worry about coral snakes in addition to things that jump out of the mulch after me.
ReplyDeleteHi Joy,
ReplyDeleteYes of course I still haven't looked it up to see what it looks like. Snakes are not my friends and we have all kinds here. coral snakes are nasty we have them here too and the ones that look like them but have a different color rotation. Be careful of all of them.
Glad you kinda know ... kissing bugs.. well I got to google that... kissing bugs.. HAHaaa.... well, they're damn sure mean kissing bugs ...
