A Little Of This And A Little Of That

I decided against the A liner. I swore I wouldn't tow anything. I may be sorry down the road but I work on something then. I have to give my camper it's run and see how it works out. I have work to be done on my house and that has to come first.

Today I had to unload some of the camping stuff so I could load up donation stuff. Tomorrow I will take it down and be done with lots of things. Then start weeding through  more Christmas decorations.

Rotated some house decorations to other parts of the house. It always gives things a new look.

Finished a new beanie today and added a cute little shell pattern to the bottom. I am now working on a scarf to match and to see if I can get that same shelling on the ends.

Have a great weekend and of course be careful on the roads.

Good Night All

  1. If you are planning on selling you house, why don't you sell it at a reduced price saving time and money from your savings. Advertise it at full price but that gives you room to bargain for a lower settlement.
That will let you by the A-liner and you can live in it full time. Be Safe and Enjoy!

    It's about time.

  2. Although I like the idea of an aliner or a something like a Casita, I don't think I would ever want to tow anything either. I guess there are pros and cons to every choice.

  3. Sounds like you're into spring cleaning a bit early. Clear the deck and you'll be ready for spring camping.

  5. Hi Rick an Kathy,
Sorry if I gave the impression that I was going to sell my house. I would never sell this house. It is what I call my forever home. If I had bought a newer class c with a better floor plan about 4 yrs ago I might have done that. I could never live full time in an A liner. I would go nuts :)

    Hello Gypsy,

I don't so much have a problem towing as the thought of backing it up. That would be the good part about an A liner is at least you can see over it. But no I sure don't need the hassle. A nice cargo van that you can stand in would be great or a Class B. But we will see how this works out.

    Good morning John,

I keep getting rid of stuff and it never seems to come to an end. But you are right get it done early so I can do more spring camping!

    Hello Carolyn,

Yes they call these little hat, caps, or beanies. Wouldn't that be a hoot if I attached a propeller to the top LOL

  6. Backing up is not always easy for sure...that's why I like my van, of course my son has had it for almost a year now so I don't know if I'll ever get it back....was thinking I would like one that has more leg room in the drivers and passenger seats than the dodge, its very cramped with the wheel wells right by my left leg...but I do like the idea of pulling over and if the weather is bad you're already inside! Solar shower bags are great you can warm it on the roof, then let the house hang off the side...just have to figure out the privacy issue...LoL
