Today at lunch lots of things were talked about since we hadn't seen each other since late Sept. when we stopped in Greer to show some the town. Bobbie and I met a few years ago when a few member of RVB's meet at my house for a luncheon. We have kept in touch since.
After catching up a bit we talked about the summer and I more than likely will stay at her place in Greer for a while on an off. Bobbie lives in her MH full time and doesn't live in the house. Since I want to wander I won't stay there all the time. I had offered to help her try to get rid of some things that had been left over from her family members that have passed on. So some plans have been set in jello at this time.
The elevation there is very high so I will start off staying in Lakeside and Pinetop for about 2 weeks so I can get acclimated with the altitude. I would still like to get to NM also so I will have to just see how it goes.
We had a great lunch and it was good to see Bobbie again.
Good Night All
Your plans sound great. It always seems like a major move forward to start making plans.
ReplyDeleteHi Gypsy,
ReplyDeleteYes it does and then the final push to get on the road making sure you have gotten everything packed.
So many plans, so little time. Sounds like you'll be busy this summer.
ReplyDeleteFred's man cave ... HAhaaa...
ReplyDeleteSounds like some great plans! jello plans are the best... I think so.
Good morning John,
ReplyDeleteYes so little time. But I'm going to do my best to get them done most of them anyway.
Hi Carolyn,
Yes I think jello plans are good then you can always make a left turn instead of right if things look better the other way.
Making plans of any kind is a great place to start!
ReplyDeleteMaking plans -- aka dreaming! Sounds so exciting!
ReplyDeleteHi Jim,
ReplyDeleteYes it is want to go with me?
Hi Sharon,
Yep for sure. I guess when I have had enough of the heat I will get out of here.
Soon I will start turning the old tent trailer into a hard walled trailer. For a trip I'm hoping to make to Texas in June. It will be small and light and a lot easier to pull than my 5th wheel. But still plenty big enough for me.
