No Wind!

This morning started out a little chilly but not bad, And there wasn't any wind!

So I finished up my computer stuff and got dressed. I cleaned the yard and porch of all the nasty junk the wind brought around. I filled the humming bird feeder and cleaned and filled the fountain. What a pleasure to sit out there and read my Trailer Life while listening to the birds and water flowing. Around 12:30 the breeze started and by 1 it was windy again.

So I came in and puttered a little around the house and going through my recipes. I picked one out to make for dinner tonight.

Kathy called and said they were all packed and ready to hit the road for home tomorrow. She stopped over to say good bye, I sure will miss her over the summer.

Wishing all my reader Moms a Happy Mothers Day, remember it doesn't mean you have to have children in my book. If you take care of your parents, have a husband, a partner or fur kids your a mom.

I call it Bow Tie Pasta, in order to post it I will have to rewrite the original since I changed it a bit I do that allot.

Good Night All

  7. Happy Mother's Day to you too! I agree, you don't have to have your own children to be a Mother! I take care of a 93 year old man and I feed neighborhood feral cats. I think I qualify! ;)

  8. Yea, the wind can really cause some havoc out there. Enjoy those quiet times, for sure.

  10. Ahhh, a day in the SW without much wind is a blessing - except when those temperatures start soaring upwards. Thank you for your Mom's Day wishes.
