Headed out about 8:15am to get this crazy hair cut, it's been awhile and it was totally out of control. Then headed out to get my poor truck washed it was so dirty I was embarrassed to drive it. Looks so pretty and shinny again.
Then the dreaded trip to Walmart to pick up a order that should have come to my house. If they screw up 1 more order I will shop somewhere else. And of course they couldn't find so it took almost and hour for them to find it. And said I did it wrong, I have been using Walmart online ordering for years. They finally saw that it was plainly their mistake both orders. And I better see a refund for shipping on both orders.
But still made it home by 10:30. Made breakfast relaxed for a bit then got back to cleaning and laundry.

I'm due to get my crazy hair cut too! Oh the joys of Walmart. The Walmart where I'm currently at is good about getting my orders right and out on time but I've has some issues in other locations I've traveled to.

ReplyDeleteSeems the older I get the worse my hair gets, no amount of brushing and combing would tame the beast. I had it cut shorter than I normally do but sick of the wildness.
My orders had not been an issue until now. They have what they call making shopping better! HAHA it is a royal pain even the shopping in the store is horrible now.
My hair is a terrible mess because of all the humidity. If it wasn't so darn hot I would put on a wig and forget about it.
ReplyDeleteI was going to say you are a wiz at ordering online from Walmart. I believe you were the first person on the blogs I follow that started doing that.
Aside from being reimbursed for shipping, they should throw in a discount coupon for something that was clearly their fault.
I have done the WalMart pickup almost since they started. I feel fortunate as I've never had one problem with it. Once I ordered 4 pears. One was rotten. I notified them online. They immediately credited my account for all four.

ReplyDeleteWell it happened again with another order but I told them I want a refund I'm not going to go pick up something that should have come to my home. After doing up the refund I was NOT refunded the shipping cost that was yesterday, today they called me about coming to pick up that item. I swear the girl had nothing between her ears. Just today I was reading how Walmart has started ripping off customer and changing prices until you get to the register and it is a higher price than was marked on the shelf. Also charging shipping prices for things that went to the store instead. Hmmm sounds familiar to me. Done with Walmart

ReplyDeleteI have been using their online ordering for years and it is just these past 4 orders that things have gone terribly wrong and they want to tell me it's my fault! Maybe they need to investigate their online settings and find out why it changes things.
Hi Jo I made my first Walmart Curbside Pickup...my sis is doing the driving I did not lole that they substitute items so I hope to find a No Substitutes link, if its possible, Hope you are well,

ReplyDeleteNice to see you! There should be a link but they seem to have changed things and it isn't working very well anymore. But next to you want to order check out your list before you do your purchase and it should ask if you want substitute items and then you can either click yes or no at least it used to work that way.
