I did get back onto using the pool and I think 1 hr is way to much time so I will cut back to only 15-20 in. The pressure may have been to much.
But I will keep doing other exercises along with the pool.
Yesterday had a chance to spend some time with some of my grandchildren that I don't get to see very often. They are so sweet and we went out lunch and had so many questions to ask and get answers too. They helped me up and down the curbs .
Had to deal with the United States Postal Service today.
For some reason they decided to change my mail forwarding dates. They thought they should start delivering my mail to the Lakeside address to April 10. I sure hope they straighten this out.
Well until I have more to report take care.
Just found your blog...reading backwards and see you just had a knee replacement. Hubby may be doing that this summer...trying to figure out the logistics. Hope you are 100% soon!
ReplyDeleteGrands are really cute. Good luck with the knee.
ReplyDeleteCute kids...all three of them! At least, I'm taking it for granted that the one in the middle is yours as well...
ReplyDeleteGlad you are doing good!
Thank You everyone for the kind words.
ReplyDeleteYes Jim the one in the middle is mine too. :)
Donna,
If Hubby needs it I highly recommend it. It tough working it out but once the healing is done its done. I have had both done. the right in 08 and the left 5 weeks ago
Your Tucson pictures make me really homesick. I lived there for 10 years and moved back to Seattle 5 years ago to help my mom and dad. Now that they're gone I'm trying to decide what's next. I just bought a motorhome and plan on heading down to Tucson in May or June to see if I can stand the heat again. My mom and my twin sister were both named Jo and JoJo was my mom's nickname. Hopefully we'll be able to meet up someday. When I lived in the Prince of Tucson RV Park, a lot of my neighbors would head for Show Low and the White Mountains for the summer. I never made it. From some of your pictures I think I'm going to need to do that, especially the lakes.
