Working It Out

I did some of the work out I remembered from yesterday while I was checking e-mails and things. Then marched around the house. the house is 76' long so I was really getting into the making circles around one end to the other  while Fred ran after me and must have thought I had gone mad. I'm a little sore but nothing really bad.

After a shower and breakfast I went to Walmart to pick up more veggies and salads. Also bought some wrist and ankle weights that you can remove some of the weights. Bought a pair of lightweight Capri's for working out and a large t-shirt.

Friday we are going to the other senior center since they have openings and 2 different times to choice from. Once I get into this more and limber up I would like to join a regular gym.

  1. Joining a gym was the best thing I've ever done for myself. Sometimes I don't feel like going, but I'm always glad when I do.

  2. My son used to be a trainer at Gold's and he is a body builder...he insists that weight training is the best way to make strong bone and to keep us in shape...I say go for it!!

    The weights I bought are from the Gold's company. You do some much building on the project house that you much be in really shape also even after your accident nothing kept you down for long.

  4. My doctor informed me I must get more exercise and lose weight. So as soon as the rain moves out I will be doing long daily walks. It will feel weird walking without a dog now that Sheba is gone and Sunny is too old.

    I suppose I also need to check out our senior center.
